Refund and Cancel Policy
At Tony & Mark’s Catering, we take pride in preparing every order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made fresh to order, we have the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations
- Orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, as preparation and sourcing of ingredients may already be underway.
- For large or custom orders, a longer notice period may be required. Please confirm cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment and may take up to 5 business days to process.
- Refunds will only be provided if: o The order was cancelled within the required timeframe. o The delivered order was incorrect or did not meet our quality standards.
- Any concerns or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our team at [email protected] or by phone at 0478 752 786. We always strive to resolve any issues quickly and fairly to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.

At Tony & Mark’s Catering, we take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. While we make every effort to accommodate specific requests and prevent cross-contamination, please note the following:
All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and other common allergens.
We cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from traces of these ingredients. Customers with severe allergies are encouraged to discuss their needs with our team prior to ordering so that we can recommend suitable options.
